Camille Duncan
Born in Raleigh and residing in Cary, NC, Camille Duncan works as both a Freelance Graphic Designer and Graphic Design Intern at the Meredith Fund Alumni Association. She is graduating from Meredith College with a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has also recently been accepted into Meredith College’s MBA program.
For the past few years, Camille has been honing her skills as both a visual and literary storyteller. Having always been fascinated with character design and narrative development, most of her work features human subjects and themes, and usually has some kernel of a story embedded in each of her works. This carries through to her design work, always seeking for clear legibility and dynamic compositions for the best visual ideas.
Camille recently won first place in prose for the 2023 edition of the Colton Review, Meredith College’s literary art magazine, and had artwork published in the 2021 edition as well. She is currently working on establishing her freelance design business and finding design or marketing positions within the Triangle. As for the future, she hopes to expand her pursuits in writing and graphic novelization, translating her experiences and imagination into something not only meaningful to her, but to anyone who enjoys storytelling as much as she does.
